What is flushed mounted automatic spike barrier 

The surface mounted tyre spike barrier is easier for installation. But for some area, most of the vehicles have a low chassis. Even though the surface mounted one is very thin, it can still hit the chassis if there is a sports car. The flushed mounted tyre killer is shallowly buried. After installed, the spiked road barrier is flushed with the ground. So when the spike close, the vehicle can pass by like nothing there. The working principle of the flushed mounted design is the same as the surface mounted one. The spike is driven by the electric motor.

We can Customize Hydraulic Tyre Killer 

As a road spike barrier manufacturer, we can provide OEM and ODM service. For flush mounted spiked road barrier, we can also customize it to be hydraulic one.

Compared with the electric one, the hydraulic one is faster speed, high strength. The spike size is bigger and more powerful. This type of barrier has a better waterproof feature. But when installing, water-drainage is needed. 

The hydraulic automatic spike barrier is based on the same principle of hydraulic road blocker. There are a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic station. But the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic stations are built inside the barrier.  The control box is the PLC one with LCD display, the same one as for the bollards and road blocker. The hydraulic tire spike barrier is a bigger size than the electric one.
